Who we are
This policy explains how HireKit (tryhirekit.com), operated by Susheel Kumar, collects and uses your personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
When you buy: your name, email address, phone number and any billing details asked at checkout, plus your order details.
When you pay: payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment ID and status, never your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
When you contact us: your name, email, order number and whatever you write in your message.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
What we do not collect
Your resume content stays with you. You edit the templates on your own device or in your own Google account. We cannot see what you write in them unless you choose to send it to us for support.
How we use your data
- To process your payment and deliver your files
- To send order emails, download links and important product updates
- To answer your support requests
- To prevent fraud and misuse
- To keep records required by tax and accounting laws
We send marketing emails only if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Consent
By placing an order or submitting the contact form, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, or records we must keep by law.

We use essential cookies that keep your cart and checkout working. If we add analytics tools, we will update this page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Support emails and contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and handle any follow-up. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS and payments go through Razorpay’s secure checkout. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate data
- Delete your data, except records we must keep by law
- Withdraw your consent
Email us from the address you used at checkout so we can verify it is you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

HireKit is meant for job seekers aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use the site and make a purchase only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent.
