HireKit sells only digital products. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.
How you receive the kit
After your payment is successful:
- Your download links appear on the order confirmation page
- An email with your download links is sent to the address you entered at checkout
- The same email includes your Google Docs copy links and the video walkthrough link
Delivery time
Delivery is instant in almost all cases. Rarely, because of payment or email delays, it can take up to 24 hours.
Didn’t receive your email?
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders
- Search your inbox for “HireKit”
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct
Still nothing? Email support@tryhirekit.com with your order number or payment ID. We will resend your files within 24 hours on working days.
Entered the wrong email?
Contact us with your payment ID and the correct email address. Once we verify the payment, we will send the files to the right address.
Download access
Please download and save the files to your device or Google Drive as soon as you receive them. Download links may expire or have a download limit for security. If your link stops working, email us and we will reissue it.
