Who we are

HireKit (tryhirekit.com) is operated by Susheel Kumar, based in India. In these terms, “HireKit”, “we” and “us” mean the operator, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or buys from it.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the products.

What you are buying

HireKit sells a digital kit of resume templates and job-search guides. The current kit includes:

• 4 resume templates in Word (.docx) format, with Google Docs copy links
• A video walkthrough on how to edit your resume
• ATS Resume Guide, Tailoring Checklist and Interview Question Bank (PDF)

Exact contents are described on the product page at the time you buy. We may improve or update the files over time. Updates do not reduce what you already bought.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.

Launch or sale prices are valid only for the period shown on the site. After that, the regular price applies. A price change does not affect orders already placed, and we do not refund the difference if a price drops after you buy.

Delivery

The kit is delivered digitally by email and on the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped physically. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Your licence to use the kit

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use, edit and print the files for your own job applications, as many times as you like.

You may not:

• Resell, share, upload or distribute the files, in original or edited form
• List them on any template marketplace, website, group or drive
• Use them to provide paid resume-writing services to others
• Claim the templates or guides as your own work

All templates, guides, videos and website content remain the intellectual property of HireKit. Breaking these rules ends your licence without refund.

No job or shortlisting guarantee

Our templates are designed to be easy for applicant tracking systems (ATS) to read. However, every ATS works differently and these systems change over time, so we cannot guarantee how any specific system will read your resume.

We do not guarantee shortlisting, interviews or job offers. Those depend on your experience, skills, the role and the employer. Our guides are general information, not personalised career, legal or financial advice. Sample interview answers are examples to adapt, not scripts to copy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for everything you write in your resume. Please make sure it is accurate and truthful. You are also responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout so we can deliver your files.

Sample content

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, companies and figures in the templates are fictional and only show how to fill in each section. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Replace all sample content with your own details before applying.

Third-party names and services

Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Razorpay, Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Naukri and other names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. HireKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms.

Refunds and cancellations

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. Specific exceptions apply. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of job opportunities, arising from use of the kit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
